The meeting was called to order by President Wilson at 3:20 P.M.
Present - 6- Councilmembers Grimm, Guerin, Rettman, Wilson
Absent - 1- Councilmember Thune (arrived at 3:25 P.M.)
Also present were: Frank Villaume, City Attorney's Office; John McCormick, City
Attorney's Office; Natalie Hudson, City Attorney and Fran Swanson, City Clerk's Office.
1. Discussion regarding Mark Baloga vs Paula Maccabee and the City of Saint Paul et al.
Councilmember Guerin left at 4:15 P.M.
