The meeting was called to order by Vice-President Rettman at 2:36 p.m.
Present - 6- Councilmembers Blakey, Grimm, Guerin, Harris, Megard and Rettman
Absent - 1- Council President Thune
Also present were: Tim Marx, City Attorney; Gerry Hendrickson, City Attorney's Office,
John McCormick, City Attorney's Office; Steve Thompson, Planning and Economic
Development and Gerry Strathman, Council Secretary.
1. Session discussed pending litigation
Steve Thompson left at 3:05 p.m.
Council President Thune joined meeting at 3:15 p.m.
Councilmember Guerin left at 3:19
