Present - 6- Councilmembers Blakey, Grimm, Guerin, Megard, Rettman, Thune
Absent - 1 - Councilmember Harris
Also present were: Tim Marx, City Attorney; Terry Sullivan, City Attorney's Office; John
McCormick, City Attorney's Office; Gerry Hendrickson, City Attorney's Office and Gerry
Strathman, Council Secretary.
1. Discussion of pending litigation.
Pam Wheelock, Mayor's Office joined meeting at 11:05 A. M.
