Present - 7- Councilmembers Blakey, Grimm, Guerin, Harris, Megard, Rettman, Thune
Absent - 0
Also present were: Tim Marx, City Attorney, John McCormick, City Attorney's Office, Pam
Wheelock, Mayor's Office, Ron Kline, Budget Office, Shirley Davis, Treasury Division,
Terry Haltiner, Risk/Employee Benefit Management, Joe Kelly, Labor Retations, and
Nancy Anderson, Assistant Council Secretary.
1. Session discussed pending litigation.
