The meeting was called to order by Council President Thune at 2:50 P.M.
Present - 4- Councilmembers Harris, Megard, Rettman, Thune
Absent - 3- Councilmembers Blakey, Grimm, Guerin
Also present were: Tim Marx, City Attorney; John McCormick, City Attorney's Office;
Gerry Hendrickson, City Attorney's Office; Chief Timothy Fuller, Fire Department; Assistant
Chief Gary Trudeau, Fire Department; and Nancy Anderson, Assistant Council Secretary.
1. Session discussed pending litigation.
Pam Wheelock, Mayor's Office, joined meeting at 3:06 p.m..
Councilmember Blakey joined meeting at 3:10 p.m.
Council President Thune and Pam Wheelock left the meeting at 3:22 p.m.
Pam Wheelock joined meeting at 3:26 p.m.
