An ordinance amending Council File 08-110, which amended Chapter 60 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to zoning for the City of Saint Paul and the
zoning maps thereof
WHEREAS, on February 27, 2008, the Council of the City of Saint Paui adopted CF 08-110, which
changed the zoning of property in the City of Saint Paul from RM2 and R2 to TN2; and
WHEREAS, CF-08-110 included a typographical error that left out a reference to the R2 zoning in
Section 1 of the ordinance on page 2, line 2;
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN that Council File 08-110 is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 1.
That the property bounded by Randolph, Lexington, Juno, and I 35E, being more particularly described
as:
HOWARD GREENE SECOND ADDITION LOT 5 BLK 1; HOWARD GREENE SECOND
ADDITION LOT 6 BLK 1; HOWARD GREENE SECOND ADDITION LOTS 7 8 AND LOT 9 BLK
1; HOWARD GREENE SECOND ADDITION LOT 10 BLK 1; HOWARD GREENE SECOND
ADDITION LOT 11 BLK 1; HOWARD GREENE SECOND ADDITION LOT 12 BLK 1; and
HOWARD GREENE SECOND ADDITION LOT 13 BLK 1
be and is hereby rezoned from RM2 and R2 to TN2.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication.
