Pazks and Recreation has been treated as an executive level department of Saint Paul city govemment since the Dpartment of
Community Serviczs was abolished. This ordinance, along with others, will complete the process of officially making the Division of
Parks and Recreation, the Depariment of Pazks and Recreation
