WHEREAS, on March 1, 1979 the City entered into L.ease Agreement FMS/25 (formerly PED/1)
with Ramsey Action Programs, Inc. for the purpose of providing child development programs in
a facility located at 586 Fuller ; and
WHEREAS, the Tenant has petitioned for the construction of two additional classrooms, of 750
square feet each, at a cost of $260,000 dollars ; and
WHEREAS, Community Development Block Grant funds are available to provide a grant of
$200,000 and a loan of $60,000;
THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED, that the City shall provide a$200,000 grant from Community
Development Block Grant funds and the remaining $60,000 as a loan, also from Community
Development Block Grant funds, to be repaid as rent over four years .
