THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 9 Section 34.07, Minimum Property Maintenance Standards for All Shuctures and Premises of the Saint Paul 10 Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 11 12 13 Sec.34.07. Definitions. 14 15 Owner. Owner or owners of the freehold of the premises or lesser estate therein, holder of an unrecorded 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 contract for deed, a mortgagee or vendee in possession, assignee of rents, receiver, executor, trustee, lessee, other person, firm or corporarion in control of the premises, and. if the nronertv is a reeistered vacant nronertv under Section 43. Owner also includes those shown to be the owner or owners on the records of the Ramsev Countv Denartment of Pronertv Taxation, or a mort2agee in nossession for the benefit of the owner or owners of the beneficial interests ar its nominee. Related to a reQistered vacant nronertv under Section 43�nV such person shall have a ioint and several obli¢ation for compliance with the provisions of this chapter. Section 2 26 That this ordinance shall take affect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and 27 publication.
