Reflect Changes to Chapter 331A.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1

Section 238.02 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

As used in this article:

(5} Restaurant means an establishment that is operating under a license issued pursuant to Legislative
Code section 331A.04(d)(19), (20), (21), e� (22), (231, (24) or (26), as amended from time to time, but
does not include outdoor areas and does not include the guest rooms of a hotel or motel.

Section 2
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (3Q) days following its passage, approval and
publication.
