That Section 4, Subp. B of the Interim Ordinance enacted under Council File No. OS-637
and dated August 10, 2005, be hereby amended by adding the following underlined language
which shall be incorporated into Council File No. OS-637 and numbered appropriately.
B. For the purposes of this Interim Ordinance only, the following zoning application is
exempted from the provisions of this Interim Ordinance and may be processed, as required, by
the Planning Administrator, the Zoning Administrator, the Board of Zoning Appeals, or the
Planning Commission as specified below:
At the request of Mr. Tesrance Schmit. 601 Burlinaton Road, for the pumose of
constructine an attached deck to his residence at the above stated address is
hereby exempted from the rorovisions of Council File No. OS-637.
Section 2.
This Ordinance sha11 become effective thirty (30) days after its passage approval and
publicauon.
