Hunting prohibited. � No person shall at any time, in any manner, hunt, take, kill, disturb ar otherwise molest any game bird, song bird or game animal protected by law within the territorial limits of the City of Saint Paul. (bl Notwithstandin� the prohibition above, the City Council mav authorize methods of removine geese, ducks or other migratorv waterfowl from public parkland or other citv proneriv if it finds that their presence creates conditions that �ose an environmental health risk and general nuisance to humans. Any such�roaram must be in accordance with state and federal law with respect to the protection of migratory waterfowl. Section 2 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days following its passage, approval and publication. Any such program must be in accordance with state and federal law with respect to the protection of migratory waterfowl.
