THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
Section 1
That section 4, Subp. B, of the interim ordinance under Council File No. OS-637, adopted August 10, 2005, be hereby
amended by adding the following underlined language which shall be incorporated into Council File No. OS-637 and
n�mbered appropriately:
B. For the purposes of this interim ordinance only, the following zoning application is exempted from the provisions of
this interim ordinance and may be processed, as required, by the planning administrator, the zoning administrator, the
board of zoning appeals or the planning commission as specified below:
At the request of Mr. Brent Thomuson, that rp�erty commonly known as 2134 Hiahwood Avenue, Pucel B,
for the nuroose of consiructine a residentia] dwellinQ is exempted from the provisions of Council File No OS-
637.
At the request of Ms. Elizabeth Irish, that uroneriu commonlv known as 674 Point Douelas Road South, for
the auroose of replacine a eazaee roof, is exempted from the provisions of Council File No. OS-637.
Section 2
This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and publication.
