The use of the�ukin lot at 359 Grove Street across Olive street from the Saint Paul Police De�artment headquarters Griffin buildin� and bound bv Olive Grove and Thirteenth Streets and a commercial warehouse buildinQ on the west, shall be restricted to persons emploved bv the Police Deparhnent, provided said persons complv with the followin¢: � The Saint PauI Police Deparhnent headc�uarters. Griff�n buildine pazkin lo�t is bounded b�Olive Street on the east. Grove Street on the south, Thirteenth Street on the north and a commercial wazehouse buildin�on the west. The entire parkin� lot shall be administered under the authoritv of the chief of the police deroartment. � Emplovees desirine a pazkinQ nermit shall ap�lv throu�h th�olice de.partment for said permit.
