Section 78, Fees For Sewer Connecrions, Repair ar Abandonment, of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code is hereby unended to read as follows:
Sec. 78.01. Permit fee.
For each and every connection, repair or abandonment of a sewer connection which is made
with the public sewers of the city there shall be paid a permit fee of one hundred dollars
($100.Q0). For new connections, the permit fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the
first eighty ( 80) lineal feet of sewer connection and fifty dollars ($50.00) for each addition eighty
(80) lineal feet or fraction thereof. This fee shall be paid to the director of th�rerr�-af
office of financial services before a permit far such work is issued.
