A legislative ordinance to amend Saint Paul Legislative Code Chapter 57, Contract For Fire
Protection, to facilitate a title change.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1
Section 57, Contract For Fire Protection, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Sec. 57.15. Deposit of moneys received.
All moneys received from the applicant in payment of charges for fire protection outside of
the City of Saint Paul aze hereby dedicated and shall be credited to a fire services equipment trust
fund. The office of financial services is hereby
authorized and directed to assign a proper code number therefor.
Section 2
That this ordinance revision shall take affect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage,
approval and publication.
