Section 24, Tax on Electric Energy, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Sec. 24.02. Annual statement.
Every person, firm or corporation required by the provisions of Section 24.01 to pay such taac
as in said section provided shall annually, on or before the first Monday in February, file with the
office of financial services a statement, subscribed and
sworn to by an authorized officer, if a corporation, or by an individual charged with management
or control of the business or business activity, if not a corporation, setting forth the separate
monthly chazges for each month for the preceding calendaz year of the gross monthly chazges for
electric energy purchased by such person, firm or corparation from an authorized public utility. A
monthly billing statement received from such authorized public utility will be acceptable
substantiation for such annual statement, regardless of the meter reading date established by such
authorized public urility. Such annual statement shall be in a form acceptable to the directar of
the office of financial services and filed in his office as a
public record.
Section 2
Section 24, Tax on Electric Energy, of the Saint Paul Legislarive Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Sec. 24.03. Tax due.
The ta�c required to be paid pursuant to the provisions of Section 24. Ol shall be paid to the
office of financial services on or before the firs� Monday
