A legislative ordinance to amend Saint Paul Legislative Code Chapter 23, Taac on Mortuaries, to
facilitate a title change.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1
Section 23, Tax on Mortuaries of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Sec. 23.02. Due date.
Said tas shall be paid to the office of financial
services of the City of Saint Paul on or before the fifth day of January of each year.
Section 2
That this ordinance revision shail take affect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage,
approval and publication.
