Administrative Code Chapter 64, Lerying and Collectlon of Special
Assessments for LocaL Impmvements, to facilitate a tttte change.
THE COUNCII, OF THE CPIY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
. SECTION 1.
Section 64, Levytng and Collecdon of Spetlal Assessments for Local Imprwements, of
the Saint Paul Adminish Code is hereby amended to read as follows: .
Sec. 64.01. Calculatlon, report. - -
Following adoptlon of the 8na1 order and completton of the publlc improvements
authorized, the departments urvolved shall calculate all of their costs Incurred in the
maki�ig of the improvements, including conshvcUon costs, engineering, inspectton
and administrative costs, and shall forthwtth submit such calculattons to the reat
estate dlvision, department of 8ubllc works
(hereinaRer referred to as the real estate divlsion), The real estate division shall then
add to these costs all expenses incurred by it in sendingout notices, land acquisitlon
casts and all otha charges lncurred in jke maktng of the publlc improvemeats. The
real estate divtsion shall submit a written report to the covncil settlng forth the totat
cost of the improvements, the amount of publlc funds allocated to be paid by the city
other than the amount, if any, which it wlll pay as a property owner, and the

to be assessed. In addition to the report, the real estate division shall prenaze a
proposed assessment roll which shall set forth the recommended amoun{ to be
assessed against eaph assessabie lot, piece or pazcel of land deemed to be benefitted
from the improvement, which proposed assessment roll shall be maintained on file
and be open to public inspection in the real estate di�nsion.
SECTfON 2.
That this ordinance rev�sion shall take affect and be in force thirty (30) days after
its passage. approval and publication.
