An administrative ordinance to amend the Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 37, Uniform
Allowance—Police Radio Maintenance Unit, by updating within the chapter a title change for the
contract and analysis services section.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SATNT PAUL AOES ORDAIN:
Section 1
Section 37, Uniform Allowance--Police Radio Maintenance Unit, of the Saint Paul
Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as foliows:
Sec. 37.07. Bids.
To carry out the intent of this chapter, it shail be the duty of the p�trekasing�err� contract
and analvsis services section to include in �is their call for bids under Section 35.05 of this Code,
the items of uniform designated herein and'___ _ .'__ ='_'_;__= the contract shall be the same 3n ail its
