An ordinance amending Chapter 127 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code to remove specific fees from theordinance section and
replace them with designations to the fee schedule contained in

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1
Section 127.04 of the Saint Paul L.egislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 127.04. License fee.
(a) The annual license fee for each bench per year or any part thereof shall be as set forth in
Chanter 310.18 of the Saint Paul L.egislative Code. -

(b) The applicant shall pay to the director of the department of public works, hereinafter
referred to as the "director," the specified fee as deternuned by the department at the time
of application, and such fee shall be used to defray in part the cost of administration prior
to and subsequent to approval of the license and for the enforcement of this chapter.

This is a housekeeping measure. Existing fees are located both in Chapter 310
:'as well as in the ordinance section of law. LIEP is moving all licensing fees
'into Chapter 310 to be consistent as well as easier for the public to determine
