Debriefmg to be held for the Fire personnel involved in a mulri-fatality accident, inciuding two young
children. A Crirical Incident Stress Debriefing is a psychological and an educafional process designed
to lessen the impact of a crirical incident.
VANTAGES IFAPPROVED:
This debriefmg is designed to accelerate normal recovery, in normal people, having normal reac6ons to
totally abnormal events. C.I.S.D guidelines recommend off-site faciliries for this process.
