The Dayton's Bluff Special Si�n District Plan, created as �rovided in Section 66.216 of the Zoning Code, in order to provide sign controls in the Davton's Bluff neighborhood, is intended to protect propertv values, to maintain and enhance the visibility of unique architectural and natural features, and to encourage inveshnent and beautification in residential and commercial areas bv reducine the visual clutter of advertisin¢ si�ns which impair the effecriveness of neighborhood business and institutional siens and otherwise detract from the �peazance, perception and safetv of Davton's Bluff neighborhoods and commercial districts. �bl Area Descrzption.
