Building Code and Inspection* Section 33.03. Permits-When required. 15 ( fl Wark done on dangerous structures, nuisance buildings and vacant buildings. The provisions far 16 completion of rehabilitation within six (6) months and the six-month extension apply only to properiy not 17 presently subj ect to any orders issued to the property pursuant to Chapter 43 or 45 of the Saint Paul 18 Legislative Code by either the division of p�rke-kealEk proroerty code enforcement, the department of fire 19 and safety services ar the city council. 20 21 22 23 24 Chapter 34. Minimum Property Maintenance Standards for All Structures and Premises* Section 34.08.5. Cost; collection. 25 The enforcement officer shall notify the ' division ofprouertv code enforcement in 26 writing of the excessive consumption of exterior inspection services fee, of the name and address of the 27 owner, the dates of the inspections giving rise to the excessive consumption of exteriar inspection services 28 fee, the violations of section 34.08 observed, and the amount of the excessive consumption of exterior 29 inspection services fee. The �ie�aerr� division of nropertv code enforcement shall thereafter cause 30 appropriate billings to be made and be responsible for the collection of the excessive consumption of 31 exterior inspection services fee. 32 33 Section 34.21. Section 2 That this ordinance revision shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and publication.
