INITIATING PROBLEM, ISSUE, OPPORTUNITY (Who, What, When, Where, Why):
Currently the fee for infectious waste processing facility licenses are cited
in both Chapters 310 and 429. This may lead to an inconsistency in the future
hen charging the license fee. Having one point of reference for the license
fee will eliminate any discrepancy for the cost of the license.
DVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
There will be one point of reference for the infectious waste processing
facility license fee. �
ISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:

DISADVANTAGES IF NOT APPROVED:
There will be more than one point of reference for the infectious waste
