' Pet Grooming Fac►lities 15 16 Sec. 382.01. License required. 17 18 No person shall engage in the business of operating a�-a�ea� �et grooming facility without a license. Each 19 such facility shall be separately licensed. 20 Z 1 Section 2 22 23 Secton 382.02 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is amended to read as follows: 24 25 Sec. 382.02. Definitions. 26 27 (a) Cat means and inclutles any male or female domesticated feline animal. 28 29 (b) Dog means and includes any male or female animal of the dog kind. 30 31 (c) $ag-s�eaE Pet grooming means the act of grooming a�eg-e�eat �et. For purposes of this chapter, 32 grooming shall include, but not be lnnited to, the bathing, fur clipping or manicuring of any dog or cat. 33 34 35 36 37 38 a q 9 -s�� 2(d) Pet groomfng facility means any facility engaged in the pracrice of degs�&eat �et 3 grooming that is not a"pet shop," as defined in secrion 347.02 of the Legislative Code. 4 5 6 Section 3 7 8 This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force (30) days following its passage, approval, and publication.
