Fees. 12 13 The license fee required for each site, location, vehicle, facility, or for each collector ar hauler of mixed municipal 14 solid waste, recyclable materials or compostable materials shall be determined by city council resolution. The fee 15 required for a license shall also be established bv ordinance as snecified in secrion 310.09Lb1 of the Saint Paul 16Le�slative Code. 17 18 19 Section 2 20 This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force (30) days following its passage, approval and publication.
