4 Section 325.02 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is amended to read as follows:

11 Sec. 325.02. Fee.

13 . . The fee rec�u'ixed for a license shall be established by
14 ordinance as specified in section 310.09(,bl of the Saini Paul I,egislafive Code.

16 Section 2

18 This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force (30) days following its passage, approval and publication.

Currently the fee for close out sales licenses are cited in both Chapters 325
and 310; this may lead to an inconsistency in the future when charging the fee
for the license. Having one point of reference for the license fee wil].

There will be one point of reference for the close out sales license fee.
ISADVANTAGES TF APPROVED:
