Temporary wine and liquor licenses. (a) Wine licenses. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a club or charitable, religious or other nonprofit organization in existence for at least three (3) years, or a political committee registered under Minnesota Statutes, Section 10A.14, may obtain an on-sale license to sell wine and strong beer not exceeding fourteen (14), percent alcohol by volume for consumption on t-� licensed premises only. The fee for such license shall be--established by ordinance as provided in section 310.09(b) ofrt �Legislative Code, and such license may authorize the on-sale o�f wine for not more than four (4) consecutive ;flays. The city shall not authorize more than three (3) four-day, four (4) three-day, six (6) two-day or twelve (12) one-day temporary licenses, in any combination not to exceed twelve (12) days per year for the sale of wine to any one (1) location within the city for a twelve-month period. The license may provide that the licensee may contract for intoxicating liquor catering services with the holder of a full year on-sale intoxicating liquor license issued by the city. The fee for such license shall be forty-one dollars ($41.00) per day, and such license sha11 not authorize the on-sale of intoxicating liquor for more than four (4) consecutive days. The city shall not authorize more than three (3) four-day, four (4) three-day, six (6) two-day, or twelve (12) one-day temporary licenses, in any combination not to exceed twelve (12) days per year for the sale of intoxicatina liquor to any one (1) location within the city for a twelve-month period. Temporary wine ax�}1 liquor licenaes. (a) Wine licenses. Notwit tanding any other provision of this chapter, a club or char' able, religious or other nonprofit organization in existence or at least three (3) years, or a political committee regi ered under Minnesota Statutes, Section l0A.14, may obtain an o sale license to sell wine and strong beer not exceeding fourte n(14? percent alcohol by volume for consumption on the lic nsed premises on1y. The fee for such license shall be established y ordinance as provided in section 310.09(b) of the Legislative de, and such license may authorize the on-sale of ' wine for not more than four (4) consecutive da�s. The city s 11 not authorize more than three (3) four-day, four (4) three day, six (6) two-day or twelve (12) one-day temporary lice es, in any combination not to exceed twelve (12) days per year or the sale of wine to any one (1) location ithin the city for a twelve-month period. The city may not iss e more than one (1) such license to any one (1) organizatio or political committee, or any one (1) location, within a t irty-day period. (b) Li or licenses. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter a club or charitable, religious or other nonprofit organi ation in existence for at least three (3) years may obtain an on sale license to sell intoxicating liquor for consumption on the icensed premises only and in connection with a social event wit in the city sponsored by the licensee. The license may provide th the licensee may contract for intoxicating liquor catering s ices with the holder of a full year on-sale intoxicating liquor icense issued by the city. The fee for such license shall be forty-one dollars ($41.0�) per day, and such license shall not authorize the on-sale of intoxicating liquor for more than four (4) q�-sSa consecutive days. The city shall not authorize more than three (3) four-day, four (4) three-day, six (6) two-day, or twelve {12 one-day temporary licenses, in any combination not to exceed twe e (12} days per year for the sale of ' tox"c in 1_i to any one (1) location within the city for a twelv -month period. The city may not issue more than one (1) such 1' ense to any one (1) organization or political committee, or a one (1) location, within a thirty-day period. (c) Application. Application for such temporary made on forms provided by the inspector and s information as specified by the inspector, incluy enses shall be contain such the following: (1) The name, address and purpose the organization, together with the names and addr sses of its officers, and evidence of nonprofit statu or of its status as a club under section 409.02 abov . (2) The purpose for which the t porary license is sought, together with the place, tes and hours during which wine or intoxicating liqu will be sold. (3) Consent of the owner or nager of the premises or person or group with lawful r ponsibility for the premises. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the temporary wine and liquor licenses provided in this section shal be administered as a Class II license and subject to the p ovisions of these chapters governing Class II licenses.
