Pull-tabs and tipboards in bars by qualified charitable nonprofit organizations. �*� (d) IJumber of establishments restricted. No charitable organization shall sell paddlewheel tickets, pull-tabs from booths, raffle tickets and/or tipboards in more than three (3) establishments licensed by the City of Saint Paul for the sale of intoxicating liquor in accordance with section 409.22; provided, however, that no such organization may operate in a second establishment until it has been in full operation for at least three (3) months in the first establishment. In the case that an ozganization is operating pull-tab dispensing devices, the arganization may operate at a maximum of t�Zree six (�-} (�� sites, but may not exceed three�ull-tab disnensin� devices at anv one location nor a total of siY dispensint machines at all locafions.
