C1TY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA
An ordinance amending Saint Paul Legislative Code
§ 147A1, as provided in Ordinance No. 13535,
adopted 7anuary 31, 1967, pertaining to the
designation of that portion of Jessamine Avenue,
bounded by Lexington Parkway and Beulah Lane as
a one way street.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1

That Saint Paul Legislafive Code § 147.01, which provides that the Council of the City of
Saint Paul may from time to fime add to or modify those streets designated as one-way streets in
Ordinance No. 13535, adopted January 31, 1967, be amended to include the following as a duly
designated one-way street to be noted in the records of the departments required to maintain such
records:
STREET
Jessamine Avenue, bounded by Lexington Parkway
and Beulah Lane.
DIRECTION ONE-WAY
Westbound

Section 2
That this amendment shall not become part of the Legislafive Code as provided in Saint
Paul Legislative Code § 147.01.
Section 3
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days a$er is passage,
approval and publication and upon the installation of the appropriate iraffic control devices.
