D00201• CITY OF SAINT PAUL OFFICE OF THE MAYOR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER • ��� � ,�,�, Sh� � � ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, WHEREAS, the Department of Finance and Management Services supports the City's goals for Total Quality Improvement and the Mayor's priority for reinventing government; and WHEREAS, the Department has adopted a mission statement that focuses on providing superior support services that are responsive to customers' needs; and WHEREAS, the Department managers believe that it is important to recognize empioyees who contribute to the accomplishment of these City priorities and Department mission; and WHEREAS, the Purchasing Division has adopted a formal employee recognition and awards program; now, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Purchasing Division is authorized to spend up to $300 annually from its adopted budgets for such placques, pins, and other related items to implement the recognition and awards program. REcognition program plan was put together by an internal staff team based on extensive research and involvement of Division staff.
