ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
Pursuant to the 2009 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to remit
payment for all costs associated with the Department of Emergency Management "Are You
Ready" public education event not to exceed $200.00. The public purpose of this event is to
provide the citizens of Saint Paul the opportunity to learn about emergency preparedness
planning for their families. This event includes pubCic safety exhibits and interactive activities
involving city personnel and partner agencies. This will pay for all costs including food and
beverages incurred by the Department of Emergency Management for the "Are You Ready" event
held on Sunday, September 20, 2009 at the Minnesota Children's Musuem located at 10 West 7�
Street.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
