SPPLA shall be responsible fox daily maintenance {one- time per day cleanu�) and upkeep of the 7�ased Premises, including but not li mited to eniergency rep�irs of any land: routine maintenance and repair to keep the Lzasad Premises in �ood repair, safe and in compliance with appIxcable fzre., healtl2, building and other Ii£e-safety codes; and all rapairs and maintenance needed to keep the buildings or structiu�es on itze Leased Premises in good condition.
