ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter
and based on the request of the Director of the Department of Planning & Economic Development to amend the
2006 budget of the PED Operations Fund, the Director of the Office of Financiai Services is authorized to
amend said budget in tfie following manner:
WHEREAS, the Neighborhood Investment Initiative Program was developed to provide funding for STAR projects
in City Wards as designated by the Councilmember; and
WHEREAS, one project listed below was reviewed by the Neighborhood STAR Board and recommended for
STAR funds; and
WHEREAS, one project in Ward 4 was incorrectly allocated additional funding and ultimately never moved
forward; and
WHEREAS, funding for one project in Ward 5 was inadvertantly allocated twice; and
WHEREAS, adjustment is necessary due to an error in the allocation of loan and grants funds to Historic Saint
Paul; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; that the budget be amended to reflect the awarded Neighborhood
Investment Initiative grant as follows and amend financing in current accounts:
