WHEREAS, this is a celebra6on open to the public being co-sponsored by the College of
Saint Catherine at Whitby Hall in the Jeanne d'Arc Auditorium; and
WHEREAS, the public purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for the people of the
City of Saint Panl to join in a celebration with the Saint Paul Police Department and the
Saint Paul Police Academy for the graduation class of 2005-1; and
BE IT ORDERED, that pursuant to the 2005 City Budget, the proper city ofTicials are hereby
authorized to remit an amount not to exceed $850.00 to SODEXHO Catering, 2004 Randolpb
Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55105 to cover the cost of cake and refreshments for the
graduation of the Saint Paul Police Academy Class of 2005-i.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and on record in the Office of Financial Services.
