The training will enhance the invesugator's abiliry to properly perform computer forensic examinations on ICAC related cases. Investigative trends, new equipment and software will be discussed and training presented on the tools needed for successful case completion. The person attending is a member of the ICAC task force and the agency has signed a memorandum of understanding with the St. Paul Police Depamnent. ICAC grant funds aze set aside for this type of training for non-St. Paul participants. Outside agencies participating in the task force are not compensated for their staffs time by the ". task force. This training provides the tools necessary for the investigator to have a working knowledge on these investigations. ,': This is specialized training for specialized investigations. The agencies that will attend have all signed memorandums of ' understanding with the police department relating to the ICAC task force.
