Supervisors Organization to extend the previously approved pilot project within the Department of Public

13. Resolution - 04 -875 - Approving the donors and estimated value of donations for the 2004 city
employees picnic.
14. Resolution - 04 -876 - Approving the appointment of James C. Reiter and the reappointments of

$1,000.00 from HealthPartners to continue to support Risk Watch.
16. Resolution - 04 -878 - Authorizing the Police Department to enter into an agreement with Camp
Ripley for use of the United States Army's advanced training facility at Camp Ripley, Fort Ripley, MN
on October 10 -13, 2004.
17. Resolution - 04 -879 - Establishing a financing and spending plan for police services provided at the
2004 Taste of Minnesota.
18. Resolution - 04 -880 - Memorializing City Council action taken August 11, 2004 granting the appeal
(with conditions) of W. Roger Mollet to a decision of the Planning Commission denying establishment of
legal nonconforming use status for a triplex at 1418 Breda Avenue.
19. Resolution - 04 -881 - Memorializing City Council action taken September 1, 2004 granting the
application of Bridgecreek Senior Place Limited Partnership for a combined plat in order to create eight
(8) residential parcels and two outlots at 1145 Hudson Road.
20. Resolution - 04 -882 - Memorializing City Council action taken July 28, 2004 revoking the Massage
Practitioner license held by Machaga N. Johns for the premises at 770 Grand Avenue.
21. Resolution - 04 -883 - Denying the application for a Massage Practitioner license by Betsy L. Collier
for the premise at 244 Albert Street South.
