Resolution - 04 -279 - Authorizing the execution of a joint powers agreement between the City of Saint Paul, the County of Ramsey, St. Paul Independent School District 4625, Ramsey Action Programs, Inc. And St. Paul - Ramsey County Public Health Department to establish the St. Paul Children's Collaborative Agreement. 8. Resolution - 04 -280 - Approving the release of utility easements in part of the alley in Block 2, Wifelburg Hills to allow the petitioner to construct a retaining wall and build a garage on the property. 9. Resolution - 04 -286 - Accepting proposal on sale of $2,500,000 General Obligation Street Improvement Special Assessment Bonds, Series 2004B, providing for their issuance, and levying a tax for the payment thereof. 15. Resolution - 04 -287 - Accepting proposal on sale of approximately $3,980,000 General Obligation Temporary Bonds, series 2004C, and providing for their issuance. 16. Resolution - 04 -288 - Accepting proposal on sale of approximately $3,345,000 General Obligation Capital Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series 2004D, providing for their issuance, and levying a tax for the payment thereof. 17. Resolution - 04 -81 - Ordering the owner to remove or repair the building(s) at 501 Kent Street within fifteen (15) days from adoption of resolution.
