17. Resolution - 04 -1165 - Supporting legislative efforts to increase the Minnesota minimum wage.
18. Resolution - 04 -1166 - Supporting state assistance to Rock -Tenn Company.
19. Resolution - 04 -1167 - Supporting state funding for brownfield cleanup and economic development.
20. Resolution - 04 -1168 - Supporting Saint Paul Regional Water Services' request

was inadvertently assessed for towing an abandoned vehicle.
22. Resolution - 04 -1170 - Authorizing changes to the 2005 Cultural STAR
Guidelines in order to move the application deadline ahead to January 28 and
add a second competitive round in which emergency proposals would be considered.
23. Resolution - 04 -1171 - Approving "carryforward" of the City's unused 2004 entitlement allocation
(bonding authority) for the purpose of year 2005 qualified residential rental projects.
24. Resolution - 04 -1172 - Approving a program of including single family mortgage revenue bonds to
provide for the recycling of program monies to make additional loans for low or moderate income
persons and families.
