ARMR (Alliance for Reasonable Municipal Regulation) initiative, the League's response and residual
issues that will re- emerge in 2005.
-Anne Finn, Intergovernmental Relations Representative, will discuss transportation and transit funding
developments and the League's policy direction on general state transportation funding and our initiative
for a potential new transportation revenue source for cities.
-Gary Carlson will discuss the general finance picture, the League's draft policies for 2005 and possible
outcomes for cities.
