Also, is it necessary for the City to develop a different liquor license fee scale. Councilmember Coleman requested the City Attorney to provide a report as to the City's ability to impose stricter license conditions on certain establishments, such as certain neighborhood bars that would remain open until 2:00 a.m. Councilmember Blakey requested a report from Chief Finney, Saint Paul Police Department, on the impact, if any, the 2:00 a.m. bar closing will have on the City's law enforcement.
