The Parks and Recreauon Commission occasionally holds meetings during normal lunch and dinner hours, at which time it is desirable
to serve food and beverages. Examples include the annual facility tour, annual retreat (held from 4:40-9:00 p.m.), anmaal elected officials
meeting. and annual pazk commission tour.
