Resolution - 02 -802 - Authorizing the proper City officials to accept and set up a financing and spending plan for a cost -share agreement between the Capital Region Watershed District and the City for work that is being done on East Como Lake Boulevard. 18. Resolution - 02 -803 - Authorizing the tennis courts at Martin Luther King, Jr. Recreation Center to be named "Ernie Greene Tennis Courts." 19. Resolution - 02 -804 - Approving expenditures and granting spending authority of $1,000.00 in the Office of Marketing and Promotions to defray the costs of the Ramsey County Fair. 20. Resolution - 02 -805 - Authorizing payment of $2,000.00 to District 7 Planning Council from the Office of Marketing and Promotions for Frogtown Days. 21. Resolution - 02 -806 - Authorizing payment of $500.00 from the Office of Marketing and Promotions for the "Fall 2002 Saint Paul Art Crawl ". 22. Resolution - 02 -807 - Approving the financing and spending plans in the General Fund for the Department of Fire and Safety Services for a donation of $10,000.00 from Schering Pharmaceuticals for Hepatitis C testing for firefighters. 23. Resolution - 02 -808 - Authorizing the Department of Fire and Safety Services to enter into a hazardous materials emergency response contract with the State of Minnesota, Department of Public Safety. 24. Final Adoption - 02 -711 - An ordinance amending certain sections of Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 82 pertaining to monetary requirements in bids. 35. Final Adoption - 02 -712 - An ordinance amending certain sections of Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 83 pertaining to definitions and bond requirements. 36. First Reading - 02 -814 - An ordinance amending Chapters 87 and 91 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to the rules and regulations of Saint Paul Regional Water Services as recommended by the Saint Paul Board of Water Commissioners.
