(Public hearing held on August 28, 2002) 35. Second Reading - 02 -871 - An ordinance rescinding the requirement that cabaret license applicants hold restaurant licenses. 36. First Reading - 02 -898 - An ordinance amending Chapter 324 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code establishing time periods for the purpose of calculating the presumptive penalty for a violation of sale of tobacco to a minor.
