ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that the City of Saint Paul is authorized to expend $2,500 to assist in
the financing of the IvINBIO 2003 annual conference. The Conference is fitled "Building On Our
Biosciences Strengths in Minnesota" and has direct benefit to the City's project at 1000 Westgate Drive
for the development of a new Biotechnology Incubator Campus. The City's funds wiil be used to pay
for the con£erence registration for several city empioyees and to assist in financing the cost of conference
speakers and the conference presentarion table. The expenditure is to be charged to funds appropriated
for the City's Incubator project.
