D002151 Authorizing the Division of Parks and Recreation to pay catering companies providing food

D002152 Authorizing the Police Department to pay for related travel expenses for a non -city employee
from the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAO) Task Force to attend Encase training in Los Angeles,
California from June 4 -7, 2002.
D002153 Transferring budget money to provide sufficient funding at the budget control level of the
Division of Parks and Recreation's 2001 Grants /Aid Special Revenue Fund (860).

13. Resolution - 02 -400 - Approving the appointments of Pete Rauch, Jose Santos, Ray Ogren, Brooke
Blakey, Don Johnson, and Barbara Cox and the reappointment of Steve Gordon, by Mayor Kelly, to the
Neighborhood Sales Tax Revitalization (STAR) Board.

14. Resolution - 02 -401 - Directing the proper City officials to enter into a contract with Ramsey County
for the dispersal of State of Minnesota After School Youth Enrichment grant funds.
15. Resolution - 02 -402 - Accepting a Livable Communities Demonstration Grant from the Metropolitan
Council in the amount of $723,750 for the Pan Asian Urban Village Project for construction of a parking
deck and transit shelters.
16. Resolution - 02 -403 - Approving submission of an application to the Economic Development
Administration for a $2 million grant for construction of the first phase of Phalen Boulevard.
17. Resolution - 02 -404 - Authorizing a First Amendment to the Contract for Redevelopment by and
between the City, Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and Centex Multi - Family Communities and
an amendment to the Special Loan Agreement whereby the City loaned the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority $6 million to contribute to the public improvements of the Upper Landing site.
