Administrator" in the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation.
13. Resolution - 02 -417 - Accepting an agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Kath Fuel Oil
Service Company to acquire a permanent street easement for the widening and reconstruction of
Lafayette Road from Grove Street to University Avenue.
14. Resolution - 02 -418 - Accepting and expending Livable Communities Funds from the Metropolitan
Council for University Avenue Transit Oriented Development Study.
15. Resolution - 02 -419 - Memorializing City Council action taken December 19, 2001, granting the
appeal of the Department of Public Works - Traffic Division to a decision of the Heritage Preservation
Commission denying a permit application to construct a traffic island at the intersection of Western and
Summit Avenues (Historic Hill District).
16. Resolution - 02 -420 - Memorializing City Council action taken April 24, 2002, approving the
application of Mendota Homes for a combined plat to create 23 residential and 2 outlots for Scheffer
Lane Townhomes bounded by Bayard Avenue, Canadian Pacific Railway and Scheffer Avenue.
17. Resolution - 02 -421 - Memorializing City Council action taken April 24, 2002, approving the
application of the Saint Paul Port Authority for combined plat approval for subdivision of property
bounded by Topping Street, Como Avenue, Burlington Northern Railroad Tracks, and Dale Street to
provide for construction of new industrial buildings. (Great Northern Business Center)
18. Resolution - 02 -422 - Setting Tuesday, June 25, 2002, as the date for a special election on the issue
of voter approval for a financing agreement between the City of Saint Paul, the Minnesota Twins, and
the State of Minnesota.
19. Preliminary Order - 02 -423 - In the matter of improving East Sixth Street from Mounds Boulevard
to Maria Avenue with bituminous roadway, concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway aprons and
outwalks, boulevard sodding, tree planting, lantern style lighting system, and all other work necessary to
complete the project, and setting date of public hearing for June 26, 2002. (File 418970)

20. Resolution - 02 -303 - Requesting the Department of Planning and Economic Development to
include a zoning district for civic and open space in proposed restructuring of the Saint Paul Zoning
Code and directing Council Research to undertake an inventory of public and private green space in the

21. Resolution - 02 -411 - Authorizing the proper City officials to enter into negotiations with Ramsey
County to lease the Benz Building at the new Ramsey County Law Enforcement site for City police
