D002111 Transferring spending authority in the Department of Public Works, General Fund, to adjust
spending budgets for the year 2001.
D002112 Amending the 2001 budget of the Department of Planning and Economic Development
Parking and Transit Fund to cover 2001 expenses.

16. Resolution - 02 -125 - Approving the appointment of Councilmember Jerry Blakey, by Mayor Kelly,
to the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul.
17. Resolution - 02 -126 - Approving the appointment of Sergeant John Wright, by Mayor Kelly, to the
Police Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission.
18. Resolution - 02 -127 - Approving Stipulation concluding lawsuit of DeLite Outdoor Advertising, Inc.
and McCullough Companies against the City of Saint Paul.
19. Resolution - 02 -128 - Rescinding adverse action (Council File 401 -843) against the sign contractor's
license held by DeLite Outdoor Advertising, Inc. for the billboard at I -94 and Vandalia Street and the
sign at 1654 Pierce Butler Route.
20. Resolution - 02 -129 - Authorizing the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into an updated
agreement with Black Bear Crossings for the management and operation of the Como Lakeside
Pavilion.
21. Resolution - 02 -130 - Approving the decision of the Legislative Hearing Officer on Property Code
Enforcement Appeals for property at 1490 Minnehaha Avenue West, 296 Bates Avenue, 49 Cook
Avenue West, 1253 Cook Avenue East, 1854 Roblyn Avenue, and 1663 Sherburne Avenue.
22. Resolution - 02 -131 - Releasing a portion of slope easement over Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block 38, Summit
Park Addition (1060 Grand Avenue) in order for the owner to further develop their property.
23. Resolution - 02 -132 - Approving payment of $35,000.00 to Amanda Fatima Lynn Dauda and her
attorneys Milavetz, Gallop, and Milavetz in full settlement of their claim against the City of St. Paul.
24. Preliminary Order - 02 -133 - In the matter of construction of a sanitary sewer and connections in
Atlantic Street from approximately 700 feet north of East Seventh Street to approximately 1,075 feet
north of East Seventh Street, and setting date of public hearing for April 24, 2002. (File No. 18965)
25. Resolution Approving Assessment - 02 -134 - In the matter of removal and reinstallation of existing
light poles, foundations and rewiring of the street lighting system at the southwest corner of the
intersection of Grand Avenue and Victoria Street for the construction of the parking ramp /retail store
structure, as requested by the property owner, and setting date of public hearing for April 24, 2002. (File
