Resolution - 02 -1143 - Authorizing the Department of Fire and Safety Services to accept a donation of $5,000.00 for the Honor Guard from Saint Paul Firefighters Local 21 and setting up the financing and spending plans in the Fire Responsive Services Fund for the donation. 13. Resolution - 02 -1144 - Amending the 2002 budget in the Department of Human Rights - Social Policy Prevention Strategy to allow expenditure of fund balance for the purpose of continuing distribution of "Prejudice Isn't Welcome" merchandise to reduce bias motivated crimes. 14. Resolution - 02 -1145 - Accepting a generous gift for capital and operating expenses at the Como Park Conservatory and thanking the anonymous donor. 15. Resolution - 02 -1151 - Memorializing the public hearing held by the City Council on September 25, 2002, regarding the application of Commonwealth Properties to construct a deck to the existing widow's walk circling the belvedere on the building at 432 Summit Avenue. (The underlying determination of the Heritage Preservation Commission stands.) 21. Resolution - 02 -1152 - Memorializing City Council action taken September 25, 2002 denying the appeal of Thomas Caretta to a decision of the Heritage Preservation Commission denying a building permit to replace masonite siding with vinyl, wood fascia and soffit in aluminum and vinyl headboard and wood windows with vinyl for his property at 597 Holly Avenue (Hill Historic District). 22. Resolution - 02 -1153 - Establishing the rate of pay for the classes titled LIEP Inspector I, II, and III in the Salary Schedule for Bargaining Unit 02, AFSCME, Technical, in the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation. 23.
